Monad Mental Health Society is an Edmonton-based non-profit helping remove the barriers that keep people from accessing mental health care, education, and support.
Through direct funding, community learning, and practical resources, we help people take meaningful steps toward better mental wellness.
Omnia Ex Uno – Everything From One
For many people, the biggest barrier to getting help is cost. Therapy, counselling, coaching, and other forms of support can be life-changing, but they are not always affordable.
Monad was created to help close that gap.
We believe mental health care should be treated with the same importance as physical health care. By helping people access support earlier, we can build stronger individuals, healthier families, and more resilient communities.
The Monad Mental Health Fund provides direct financial assistance to individuals who need help paying for mental health support. This may include therapy, counselling, coaching, or other tools that meaningfully support someone’s mental wellness.
Through workshops, presentations, and community education, Monad helps reduce stigma and open up conversations around mental health. Our goal is to give people practical knowledge they can use in everyday life.
Thrifting Hood will be a community fundraising initiative built around garage sales and gently used goods donations, with proceeds supporting Monad’s mental health programs.
Every donation helps Monad provide access to mental health support, education, and outreach.
Whether you give once, sponsor a program, or partner with us as an organization, your contribution helps reduce financial barriers and creates more opportunities for people to get the support they need.
Monad is growing, and volunteers play an important role in helping us reach more people.
If you are passionate about mental health, community care, fundraising, education, or outreach, we would love to hear from you.
Thank you to all of our partners and sponsors. Your contributions help us change lives.
